Common Questions
- How do I join my team?
Download the app, create your account, and paste the invite code provided by your coach or team admin.
- I forgot my password.
Open the app and tap “Forgot password?” on the login screen. Follow the link in your email to reset it.
- How do I leave a team?
Go to your Team Settings in the app, select your team, and choose “Leave Team.” You can rejoin later with a new invite code.
- How do I delete my account?
In the app, under your account profile there is a Delete Account option.
