RaceLineApp ("we," "our," or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile applications (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) and related web services (collectively, the “Service”).

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and role (coach, athlete, or parent).
• Team & Performance Data: Coaches and athletes may upload schedules, results, and notes related to training and races.
• Device Information: We may collect non‑personal data about your device, such as OS version, app version, and crash logs, to improve stability.
• Communication Data: Messages and posts within the app are stored securely and visible only to authorized team members.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Allow coaches to manage teams and communicate securely with athletes and parents.
• Improve app performance and user experience.
• Send necessary notifications such as schedule updates or account verification emails.

RaceLineApp is designed for use by schools and sports programs. Accounts for users under 13 must be created and managed by a verified coach or parent. We comply with COPPA and other applicable youth data protections.
